What the proof-pack form stores and why
This notice applies only to the Tensola AI Agent PR Proof Pack opt-in.
Data and purpose
With your consent, Tensola stores your email address, public GitHub account ID, login, profile URL and creation date, signup time, campaign source, consent version, and one-way keyed hashes of your network address and browser signature. Raw network addresses are not stored. The purpose is to deliver the requested proof-pack updates, count distinct real people, and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions.
GitHub verification
When you submit, the server requests your public profile from the GitHub public API. GitHub receives the requested username and the Tensola server address. See GitHub's international-transfer statement.
Email choice, withdrawal, and retention
Opting in is optional. Consent is the legal basis for storing your submission and sending no more than one proof-pack or Tensola Gate testing update per month. Every message will include a way to unsubscribe. You may also withdraw consent and request access, correction, or deletion through the contact in the general privacy policy. Data will be deleted when no longer needed and no later than 31 January 2027 unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
No sale or unrelated outreach
Tensola will not sell this list or use it for cold outreach. The email address is used only for the updates described in the consent text.
