Data and purpose

With your consent, Tensola stores your public GitHub account ID, login and profile URL, public account creation date, public repository and follower counts, any optional failure description you provide, your ownership and demand attestation, signup time, campaign source, and one-way keyed hashes of your network address and browser signature. Raw network addresses are not stored. The purpose is to count distinct qualified people, understand any failure they choose to share, and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions.

GitHub verification

When you submit, the server requests your public profile from the GitHub public API. GitHub receives the requested username and the Tensola server address. GitHub states that it processes personal data in the United States and other countries and relies, where applicable, on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and European Commission standard contractual clauses. Decision rule and retention

A submission is counted only when the GitHub profile is a personal user account at least 30 days old. The failure note is optional. This prevents newly created throwaway identities; it does not evaluate your professional ability. Data will be deleted when it is no longer needed for this validation, and no later than 31 January 2027 unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Your choice and rights

Joining is optional. Consent is the legal basis for this form. You may withdraw it and request access, correction, or deletion through the contact shown in the general privacy policy. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already performed lawfully. No signup email or marketing email is sent.
