1. Service Description

Tensola provides an AI-powered website building platform that helps you create, edit, and publish websites.

2. Account Registration

To use Tensola, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscription Plans

Tensola offers subscription plans billed monthly or yearly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are listed in EUR and may be updated with notice.

Monthly Plan: Billed every month at the current rate
Yearly Plan: Billed annually at a discounted rate

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
You retain access to all features until then
After the period ends, your access to premium features will be discontinued

5. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have immediate access to the service and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including cancellation before the end of a billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tensola to:

Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Distribute malware or spam
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
Resell or redistribute the service without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create using Tensola. You grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

Our Service: Tensola and its underlying technology, including AI models, remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Tensola available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We recommend keeping backups of important content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tensola is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dornbirn, Austria.
